Enzuri Safaris is committed to monitoring and amending our approach to travel during these uncertain times by providing guests with both flexibility and security during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This set of terms are applicable from 01 February 2021 and remain in place until such time as the restrictions impacting outbound travel from guests home country and/or inbound travel to the destinations in their respective itineraries and/or restrictions on operations as a result of government lockdowns are lifted.

Once these conditions are lifted, any new bookings are subject to Enzuri Safaris’ standard Terms and Conditions.

Flexible Payment Plans & Reduced Deposit Payments

We now offer a three-stage payment plan option for 2022 bookings and a four-stage payment plan for 2023 & 2024 bookings. Additionally, we have reduced our deposit payment to secure your safari from 20% to 10% for any new bookings on any of our 2023 & 2024 safaris.

2022 Bookings

  • 10% deposit payment to secure within two weeks of booking your safari.

  • 45% middle payment to be determined by period between booking and commencement of safari.

  • 45% payment 60 days out from the departure date of the safari.

2023 & 2024 Bookings

  • 10% deposit payment to secure within two weeks of booking your safari.

  • 30% payment 1 year from the commencement date of your safari.

  • 30% payment 6 months prior to the commencement date of your safari.

  • 30% payment 60 days out from the departure date of the safari.

*Exceptions to the above payment plans will be highlighted upon booking of trips that include specific wildlife permits (Gorilla trekking, Tiger permits), or where an operator insists on a higher percentage deposit than that which is stated above.

COVID-19 Postponement and Cancellation Policy

If at any time a booked safari itinerary cannot proceed due to travel restrictions and/or continued COVID-19 risk, and Enzuri Safaris decides to postpone the itinerary, the associated deposit payment will automatically be shifted forward to use on a future safari. All other payments made will be fully refunded.

If the decision is made by a guest to cancel or postpone safari itineraries that have not been postponed or cancelled by Enzuri Safaris (due either to the risk of, or restrictions on travel associated with COVID-19) the associated deposit payment will automatically be shifted forward to use on a future safari. If other payments have been made, the repayment of these payments will be aligned with the cancellation policies of the lodging partners selected for the safari itinerary, less any non-refundable fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare).

Full cancellation policies will be communicated prior to guest deposit payments.
